1. PC에서 처리하는 정보
일반 이미지 보기·편집과 로컬 OCR은 사용자 PC에서 처리합니다. 학습 사전과 표시 설정은 PC에 저장합니다. 학습 사전은 Google 계정별로 분리하며 자동으로 클라우드에 업로드하지 않습니다. 파일 자체를 암호화하지 않으므로 Windows 폴더 접근 권한을 관리해 주세요. 이전 PixelView 저장 폴더는 호환성을 위해 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. Google 로그인과 온라인 OCR
Google 로그인을 선택하면 기본 계정 정보(openid, 이메일, 프로필)를 사용해 계정을 확인하고 학습 사전을 구분합니다. 비밀번호를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 인증 정보는 로그인 처리와 인증된 OCR 요청에 사용합니다. 로그아웃하면 앱의 인증 세션을 종료하고 게스트 사전으로 전환합니다.
Google OCR을 선택하고 이미지 전송에 동의한 경우 인식 대상 이미지가 Google Cloud Run 서버(서울)와 Google Cloud Vision의 미국 엔드포인트로 전송됩니다. Google의 클라우드 기반 인식 제공을 위한 국외 처리이며, 전송 시점은 사용자가 해당 기능을 실행한 때입니다. 동의하지 않아도 일반 뷰어와 사용 가능한 로컬 OCR 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
앱 서버는 이미지와 OCR 결과를 처리 메모리에서 다루며 이미지·인식 결과의 영구 파일 저장이나 서비스 로그 기록을 의도적으로 수행하지 않습니다. 요청 종료 후 메모리 해제는 실행 환경에 따릅니다. Google의 데이터 처리에는 Google Cloud 계약과 Cloud 개인정보 고지가 적용됩니다.
3. 악용 방지와 운영 기록
요청 제한을 위해 계정 식별값의 해시, 사용량과 만료 시점을 Firestore에 기록합니다. 레코드 만료 기준은 2일이며 실제 삭제에는 Google TTL 처리 지연이 있을 수 있습니다. Cloud Run 기본 요청·오류 로그는 운영 및 보안 진단을 위해 기본 30일 보관되며 IP 주소 등 요청 메타데이터를 포함할 수 있습니다. 이미지 본문, OCR 텍스트와 인증 토큰을 앱 로그에 남기지 않도록 구성합니다.
4. 홈페이지와 업데이트 확인
홈페이지는 OpenAI Sites 호스팅을 사용하며 서비스 제공 과정에서 호스팅 제공자가 IP 주소·브라우저·접속 기록 등 요청 메타데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 별도의 방문자 분석 도구나 광고 추적기를 넣지 않습니다. 홈페이지 자체 로그인이나 이메일 수집 양식을 제공하지 않습니다.
앱의 시작 시 업데이트 확인과 수동 확인은 Google Cloud Storage에 버전 정보를 요청합니다. 다운로드 시 설치 파일을 요청하며 서버는 IP 주소, 접속 시각과 요청 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이미지·학습 사전·Google 계정 이메일은 업데이트 요청에 포함하지 않습니다. 자동 확인은 환경설정에서 끌 수 있고, 설치는 확인 창에서 사용자가 동의한 경우에 진행합니다. 설치 파일은 배포자 서명 정보와 SHA-256으로 검증합니다. 이는 Windows 실행 파일의 코드 서명과 구별됩니다.
5. 삭제·문의·변경
로컬 학습 파일과 설정은 사용자가 PC에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 제거만으로 개인 학습 폴더를 자동 삭제하지 않습니다. 계정 관련 서버 정보의 조회·정정·삭제 또는 서비스 문의는 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보를 확인한 뒤 관련 법령과 실제 보유 정보 범위에서 처리합니다. 방침 변경 시 이 페이지의 적용일을 갱신하며 중요한 변경은 홈페이지 또는 앱 안내로 알립니다.

Local processing
Viewing, editing and local OCR run on your computer. Settings and account-separated learning dictionaries stay locally and are not automatically uploaded. Learning files are not encrypted; protect their Windows folder permissions. Legacy PixelView folders remain compatible.
Sign-in and Google OCR
Optional Google sign-in uses basic identity scopes (openid, email and profile) to authenticate requests and separate profiles. We do not collect your Google password. Signing out ends the application session and switches to the guest dictionary.
When you choose Google OCR and consent to transfer, the selected image is sent to Cloud Run in Seoul and the Google Cloud Vision US endpoint for recognition. You can decline and continue using the viewer and available local OCR. The app server processes images and recognition results in memory without intentionally persisting them as files or including them in application logs. Memory reclamation follows the runtime lifecycle. Google processing is governed by its Cloud terms and privacy notice.
Usage and service records
A hashed account identifier, usage counters and expiry are stored in Firestore to enforce service limits. Expiry is set to two days; asynchronous TTL deletion may take longer. Standard Cloud Run request/error logs may contain IP and request metadata and use a 30-day default retention. Application logs are configured to exclude images, OCR text and tokens.
Website and updates
This website is hosted by OpenAI Sites. Hosting providers may process IP, browser and access metadata to deliver the service. We add no advertising trackers or visitor analytics and provide no website account or email-collection form. Update checks and downloads contact Google Cloud Storage and expose standard network request metadata. They do not include your images, dictionaries or Google email. Disable automatic checks in Preferences. Installation requires your confirmation, and release signature plus SHA-256 checks run before execution. Release-metadata signing is separate from Windows code signing.
Your choices
You can delete local files yourself; uninstalling the app does not automatically erase your learning folder. Contact the operator for access, correction or deletion of retained account-related server records. Requests are handled after proportionate identity verification and within applicable legal and retention requirements. Material changes will be announced on this site or in the app.
