1. PC에서 처리하는 정보
일반 이미지 보기·편집과 로컬 OCR은 사용자 PC에서 처리합니다. 학습 사전과 표시 설정은 PC에 저장합니다. 학습 사전은 Google 계정별로 분리하며 자동으로 클라우드에 업로드하지 않습니다. 파일 자체를 암호화하지 않으므로 Windows 폴더 접근 권한을 관리해 주세요. 이전 PixelView 저장 폴더는 호환성을 위해 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
재생 기록과 프레임 캡처
영상·음악 재생은 PC에서 처리하며 외부 메타데이터 자동 조회를 끕니다. 이어보기 위치·북마크는 파일 경로의 해시와 함께 로컬에 저장합니다. 환경설정 → 재생에서 이어보기를 끄거나 기록과 북마크를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 캡처는 PC의 별도 이미지 파일이며 기록 삭제로 삭제되지 않습니다. 프레임의 로컬 OCR은 PC에서 처리하며 Google OCR은 별도 선택과 전송 동의가 있을 때만 전송합니다.
2. Google 로그인과 온라인 OCR
Google 로그인을 선택하면 기본 계정 정보(openid, 이메일, 프로필)를 사용해 계정을 확인하고 학습 사전을 구분합니다. 비밀번호를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 인증 정보는 로그인 처리와 인증된 OCR 요청에 사용합니다. 로그아웃하면 앱의 인증 세션을 종료하고 게스트 사전으로 전환합니다.
Google OCR을 선택하고 이미지 전송에 동의한 경우 인식 대상 이미지가 Google Cloud Run 서버(서울)와 Google Cloud Vision의 미국 엔드포인트로 전송됩니다. Google의 클라우드 기반 인식 제공을 위한 국외 처리이며, 전송 시점은 사용자가 해당 기능을 실행한 때입니다. 동의하지 않아도 일반 뷰어와 사용 가능한 로컬 OCR 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
앱 서버는 이미지와 OCR 결과를 처리 메모리에서 다루며 이미지·인식 결과의 영구 파일 저장이나 서비스 로그 기록을 의도적으로 수행하지 않습니다. 요청 종료 후 메모리 해제는 실행 환경에 따릅니다. Google의 데이터 처리에는 Google Cloud 계약과 Cloud 개인정보 고지가 적용됩니다.
3. 악용 방지와 운영 기록
요청 제한을 위해 계정 식별값의 해시, 사용량과 만료 시점을 Firestore에 기록합니다. 레코드 만료 기준은 2일이며 실제 삭제에는 Google TTL 처리 지연이 있을 수 있습니다. Cloud Run 기본 요청·오류 로그는 운영 및 보안 진단을 위해 기본 30일 보관되며 IP 주소 등 요청 메타데이터를 포함할 수 있습니다. 이미지 본문, OCR 텍스트와 인증 토큰을 앱 로그에 남기지 않도록 구성합니다.
4. 홈페이지와 업데이트 확인
홈페이지는 OpenAI Sites와 Google Cloud를 사용합니다. 기본적으로 페이지 조회·다운로드 클릭·대분류 유입 경로의 일별 횟수만 집계하며 방문자 쿠키, 기기 지문, 방문자·세션 식별자를 만들지 않습니다. 통계 DB에는 IP, 이메일, 파일 내용, 전체 유입 주소를 저장하지 않습니다. 정확한 고유 방문자 수는 측정하지 않으며 새로고침·봇·반복 클릭이 포함될 수 있습니다. 하단의 거절·중지로 멈출 수 있고 과거 거절 기록과 브라우저 DNT/GPC를 존중합니다. 거절·재개 선택만 이 브라우저에 보관하며, 브라우저 저장이 차단되면 중지는 현재 탭에만 유지됩니다. 집계는 91일 뒤 TTL 삭제 대상이며 실제 삭제는 비동기로 늦어질 수 있습니다. 이전 동의형 세션 통계는 과거 기록으로 구분합니다. 호스팅·네트워크 제공자는 서비스 제공·보안 운영을 위해 IP·브라우저 등 요청 메타데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고 추적기는 없습니다. 앱1.7.9부터 기본 사용량 합계를 기본으로 집계하며 환경설정에서 중지할 수 있습니다. 파일 내용·경로·OCR·이메일·IP·기기 또는 사용자 식별자를 통계 DB에 저장하지 않습니다. 최초 관측 설치(로컬 프로필 기준), 실행, 기능 사용 횟수와 버전·언어·운영체제 대분류만 보냅니다. 로컬 데이터 삭제·재설치에 따라 재집계될 수 있으며 전체 설치 수·고유 사용자 수가 아닙니다. 전송 재시도 중복 방지용 무작위 요청 번호는3일 뒤, 합계는91일 뒤 TTL 삭제 대상이며 실제 삭제는 비동기로 늦어질 수 있습니다. 로컬 대기 중인 합계는 중지 시 삭제합니다. 이전의 설치별 상세 동의 통계는 과거 기록으로 구분합니다. 업데이트·다운로드는 Google Cloud Storage에 요청하며 네트워크 메타데이터가 전달됩니다. 자동 업데이트 확인은 환경설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
앱의 시작 시 업데이트 확인과 수동 확인은 Google Cloud Storage에 버전 정보를 요청합니다. 다운로드 시 설치 파일을 요청하며 서버는 IP 주소, 접속 시각과 요청 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이미지·학습 사전·Google 계정 이메일은 업데이트 요청에 포함하지 않습니다. 자동 확인은 환경설정에서 끌 수 있고, 설치는 확인 창에서 사용자가 동의한 경우에 진행합니다. 설치 파일은 배포자 서명 정보와 SHA-256으로 검증합니다. 이는 Windows 실행 파일의 코드 서명과 구별됩니다.
5. 삭제·문의·변경
로컬 학습 파일과 설정은 사용자가 PC에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 제거만으로 개인 학습 폴더를 자동 삭제하지 않습니다. 계정 관련 서버 정보의 조회·정정·삭제 또는 서비스 문의는 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보를 확인한 뒤 관련 법령과 실제 보유 정보 범위에서 처리합니다. 방침 변경 시 이 페이지의 적용일을 갱신하며 중요한 변경은 홈페이지 또는 앱 안내로 알립니다.

Local processing
Viewing, editing and local OCR run on your computer. Settings and account-separated learning dictionaries stay locally and are not automatically uploaded. Learning files are not encrypted; protect their Windows folder permissions. Legacy PixelView folders remain compatible.
Playback and frame capture
Playback runs locally with automatic external metadata lookup disabled. Resume positions and bookmarks are stored locally with a hash of the file path. Disable resume or clear history and bookmarks in Preferences → Playback. Captures are separate local image files; clearing history does not delete them. Local frame OCR runs on your PC; Google OCR transfers a frame only after separate selection and consent.
Sign-in and Google OCR
Optional Google sign-in uses basic identity scopes (openid, email and profile) to authenticate requests and separate profiles. We do not collect your Google password. Signing out ends the application session and switches to the guest dictionary.
When you choose Google OCR and consent to transfer, the selected image is sent to Cloud Run in Seoul and the Google Cloud Vision US endpoint for recognition. You can decline and continue using the viewer and available local OCR. The app server processes images and recognition results in memory without intentionally persisting them as files or including them in application logs. Memory reclamation follows the runtime lifecycle. Google processing is governed by its Cloud terms and privacy notice.
Usage and service records
A hashed account identifier, usage counters and expiry are stored in Firestore to enforce service limits. Expiry is set to two days; asynchronous TTL deletion may take longer. Standard Cloud Run request/error logs may contain IP and request metadata and use a 30-day default retention. Application logs are configured to exclude images, OCR text and tokens.
Website and updates
This website uses OpenAI Sites and Google Cloud. Basic daily totals count page views, download clicks and coarse referral categories by default, without visitor cookies, fingerprinting or visitor/session identifiers. No IP, email, file contents or full referrer URL is stored in the statistics database. Unique visitors are not measured; reloads, bots and repeated clicks may be included. Decline / stop in the footer stops counting. Previous refusals and browser DNT/GPC are honored. Only your stop/resume preference is stored in this browser; if browser storage is blocked, stopping lasts for the current tab only. Totals become eligible for TTL deletion after 91 days; deletion is asynchronous. Historical opt-in session counts are labeled separately. Hosting/network providers may process request metadata such as IP and browser details for delivery, operations and security. There are no advertising trackers. From1.7.12, default app counts include a hashed Windows-installation identifier for deduplication and the Windows region; see the versioned usage-measurement section below. This can be stopped in app settings. Update/download requests contact Google Cloud Storage and expose standard network metadata. Disable automatic update checks in Preferences.
Your choices
You can delete local files yourself; uninstalling the app does not automatically erase your learning folder. Contact the operator for access, correction or deletion of retained account-related server records. Requests are handled after proportionate identity verification and within applicable legal and retention requirements. Material changes will be announced on this site or in the app.
선택 사용 통계와 관리자 / Optional analytics and administration
1.7.8 이전의 선택형 앱 통계는 기본 꺼짐이었고 날짜별 가명 식별자를 사용했습니다. 1.7.9의 기본 집계는 별도 기기·사용자 식별자 없이 사용 횟수를 합산하며 환경설정에서 중지할 수 있습니다. 이미 전송된 일별 집계는 개별 사용자를 복원할 수 없습니다. 웹의 일별 방문 세션은 고유 인원이 아니며 클릭은 다운로드 완료가 아닙니다. 통계·중복 방지 기록은 91일 뒤 TTL 삭제 대상으로 지정합니다. 실제 삭제는 비동기로 더 늦어질 수 있습니다. 운영자 Google 이메일로 관리자 접근을 제한하고, 60초 1회용 접속 링크·15분 관리 세션을 사용합니다. 홈페이지 변경 감사 기록은 운영자 이메일과 변경 필드 목록을 최대 90일 TTL로 보관합니다. 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다.
Historical app analytics through1.7.8 were off by default and used a daily pseudonymous identifier. The separate1.7.9 basic totals are on by default without a user/device identifier, and can be stopped in Settings. Existing daily aggregates cannot be attributed back to an individual. Website sessions are not unique people; clicks are not completed downloads. Analytics and deduplication records expire after 91 days; asynchronous TTL deletion may take longer. Operator access is restricted to the configured Google email, using single-use 60-second handoffs and 15-minute sessions. Website audit records contain operator email and edited field names with a 90-day TTL. Passwords are not collected.
실제 AI 인용과 크롤러는 연결된 제공자의 관측 범위에서만 표시하며, 연결 전에는 미연결입니다. / AI citations and crawler requests are shown only within connected providers’ observable coverage; unconnected sources remain marked as unavailable.
다운로드 전송 기록 / Download transfer records
파일 배포 버킷의 Google 사용 로그에는 IP·요청 주소·리퍼러·User-Agent·전송량이 포함될 수 있습니다. 공개 접근이 차단된 별도 버킷에만 보관하며 7일 경과 시 삭제 대상이 됩니다. 실제 삭제는 비동기로 늦어질 수 있고 복구용 soft delete는 꺼져 있습니다. 관리 서버는 허용된 배포 파일의 일별 GET 요청·분할 요청·바이트 합계만 통계 DB에 저장합니다. 원시 IP·주소·리퍼러·브라우저를 관리자 화면에 표시하지 않습니다. 로그 수집 전 기록은 복원하지 못하며, 봇·재시도·업데이트 요청이 포함될 수 있습니다.
Google usage logs for release-file delivery may include IP, URI, referrer, User-Agent and response bytes. They are kept only in a separate bucket with public access prevented; deletion becomes eligible after 7 days and may run asynchronously. Soft delete is disabled there. Only daily GET/partial-request counts and byte totals for allowlisted release artifacts enter the aggregate database. The console does not expose raw IPs, URLs, referrers or browsers. Records before logging began are unavailable. Bots, retries and updates may be included.
Document conversion cache
To speed up reopening, up to 20 converted PDFs/150MB are retained on this PC. Entries unused for seven days are evicted during a subsequent conversion. Clear them in Settings > Save/Updates. Files are not encrypted and are readable by users with Windows file access. Source documents and cached copies are not automatically uploaded.
Region and default language
Korean connections default to Korean; other countries default to English. Only the server-provided country code is used for this choice. No separate location service receives your IP and no precise-location permission is requested. A preference cookie remembers a language you choose. VPNs and corporate networks can change the detected country.
텍스트 번역: 오프라인 번역은 언어팩을 설치한 뒤 PC에서 처리합니다. 언어팩 다운로드는 Argos 서버에 연결하지만 원문을 보내지 않습니다. Google Cloud 번역은 사용자가 설정한 본인 API 키와 원문을 Google Translation API로 직접 보내며, 싹뷰 서버를 경유하지 않습니다. 키는 기본적으로 현재 번역창에서만 사용하고 닫으면 비웁니다. 사용자가 저장을 선택한 경우에만 현재 Windows 사용자에게 DPAPI로 암호화해 보관하며 앱에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google 번역 웹페이지는 원문이 포함된 주소를 기본 브라우저로 열어 방문 기록에 남을 수 있습니다. 외부 번역은 전송 안내와 원문이 보이는 창에서 사용자가 서비스명이 명확한 번역 실행 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 작동하며, 별도 동의 체크박스는 없습니다. 번역 결과·원문은 통계로 전송하지 않으며 디스크에 자동 저장하지 않습니다.
Text translation: offline inference stays on your PC after optional language packs are downloaded from Argos. Pack downloads do not send source text. Google Cloud translation sends your own API key and source text directly to Google Translation API, without passing through SsakView servers. Keys default to this translation window only and are cleared on close. Optional persistent storage uses current-user Windows DPAPI and can be removed in the app. Google Translate web URLs contain source text and may remain in browser history. External translation starts only when the provider-named action is pressed after the transfer notice and source text are shown; there is no separate checkbox. Source/result text is never sent to analytics or automatically saved to disk.
Google OCR 로그인은 앱을 닫아도 현재 Windows 로그인 세션 동안 유지됩니다. 갱신 토큰은 Windows 자격 증명 관리자에 세션용으로 보관하며 일반 설정 파일에 평문으로 저장하지 않습니다. 직접 로그아웃하거나 Windows에서 로그오프·종료·재시작하면 해제됩니다. 복원 시 서버에서 계정을 확인하며 OCR 이미지 전송을 자동으로 실행하지 않습니다.
Google OCR sign-in survives app restarts during the current Windows logon session. A refresh credential is kept in Windows Credential Manager with session-only persistence, never in a plaintext settings file. Explicit sign-out, Windows logoff, shutdown or restart clears it. Restoring sign-in revalidates the account with the server and does not automatically upload OCR images.
추가 한국어 글자 읽기는 선택 시 Google Cloud Storage에서 약 226MB의 PaddleOCR 실행 환경과 모델을 내려받습니다. 다운로드 요청에는 일반 네트워크 메타데이터가 포함될 수 있지만 이미지와 인식 텍스트는 전송하지 않습니다. 설치 후 인식은 PC에서 처리합니다.
Optional extra Korean text recognition downloads about 226MB of PaddleOCR runtime and models from Google Cloud Storage when requested. Downloads may involve standard network request metadata, but do not send your images or recognized text. Recognition then runs locally on your PC.
App1.7.9 basic totals are on by default and can be stopped in Settings. Only first-observed local profiles, launch/feature totals and coarse version/language/OS are sent. No file content/path, OCR text, account, IP or user/device identifier is stored in the statistics database. Reinstalling or deleting local data can count again; totals are not lifetime installations or unique users. Random per-request retry numbers expire after3days and aggregate records after91days via asynchronous TTL. Stopping clears pending local totals. Standard hosting request/security metadata still follows the hosting notice above.

기본 집계는 켜져 있으며 앱 설정에서 중지할 수 있습니다. 업데이트 후 고유 사용 PC와 기능별 사용을 중복 제거하기 위해 Windows 설치 식별자를 PC에서 싹뷰 전용 해시로 바꿔 전송하고 서버에서 다시 해시해 저장합니다. 원래 Windows 식별자, 계정, IP, 파일 이름·경로·내용, OCR 원문은 통계 DB에 저장하지 않습니다. Basic counts are on by default and can be stopped in app settings. From1.7.12, the app hashes the Windows installation identifier with a SsakView-specific namespace locally; the server hashes it again to deduplicate active PCs and feature use. The raw Windows identifier, account, IP, file names, paths, contents and OCR text are not stored in the statistics database. If unavailable, a random local-profile value is used and fallback counts are labeled. These estimate Windows installations, not people: reinstalling, cloning or deleting profiles affects identity. Country is the Windows region setting, not verified physical location. App language, version, OS, UTC date and bounded feature counts are included. Stopping clears queued counts and stops further reports. Daily PC records expire after91days, retry records after3days, and the first-observation registry after365days without a report, via asynchronous TTL deletion. Historical totals cannot reconstruct unique PCs.
