이용과 제공 범위
현재 배포된 Windows 버전은 무료로 다운로드해 이용할 수 있습니다. macOS와 Linux 배포본은 아직 제공하지 않습니다. 향후 기능이나 요금 정책이 바뀔 경우 별도로 안내하며 자동으로 결제하지 않습니다. 제3자 구성 요소에는 각 라이선스가 적용되며 배포본의 고지를 확인할 수 있습니다.
Google OCR과 정확도
로컬 OCR은 설치된 Windows 언어 팩 및 인식 엔진에 따라 이용 가능 여부가 달라집니다. Google OCR에는 Google 로그인, 전송 동의, 네트워크가 필요합니다. 현재 서버 제한은 계정별 분당 6·일 30, 전체 분당 60·일 300 OCR 사용 단위입니다. 일 기준은 UTC이며 한 번의 고급 인식이 여러 단위를 사용할 수 있습니다. 비용·안전·가용성 사유로 제한을 변경하거나 서버 기능을 일시 중지할 수 있습니다.
OCR·유사 이미지 탐색 결과는 오류를 포함할 수 있습니다. 중요한 숫자·계좌·금액·문서는 원본과 대조하세요. 중복·유사 이미지 결과는 후보이며 프로그램이 파일을 자동 삭제하지 않습니다. 편집한 이미지는 다른 이름으로 저장해 원본을 보존할 수 있습니다.
사용자 책임과 권리
처리·전송할 권한이 있는 파일만 사용하고 타인의 권리나 개인정보를 침해하지 마세요. 인증 우회, 과도한 자동 호출과 서비스 악용을 금지합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스를 제공하며 법령상 책임을 임의로 배제하지 않습니다. 문의 및 분쟁은 위 연락처로 접수할 수 있습니다.
업데이트와 삭제
시작 시 새 버전 확인은 환경설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 업데이트 설치는 사용자가 ‘예’를 선택한 뒤 진행합니다. 무설치형은 업데이트 시 사용자 프로그램 폴더의 설치형으로 전환됩니다. 이전 PixelView 버전에는 자동 업데이트가 없으므로 새 싹뷰를 한 번 직접 받아야 합니다. 앱을 제거해도 사용자의 학습 폴더는 자동으로 지우지 않습니다.

Availability
The current Windows release is free to download and use. macOS and Linux builds are not yet available. Future pricing or major service changes will be announced; no automatic payment is authorized. Third-party components retain their own licenses, included with the release.
OCR and service limits
Local OCR depends on installed engines and language packs. Google OCR requires sign-in, transfer consent and a network connection. Current limits are 6 units per minute and 30 per UTC day per account, and 60 per minute and 300 per UTC day across the service. An advanced recognition operation may consume multiple units. Limits and availability can change for cost, safety or operational reasons.
OCR and similarity results may be wrong. Verify important text and numbers against the original. Duplicate search presents candidates and never automatically deletes files. Save edited copies under a new name to preserve originals.
Responsible use
Use only images you are entitled to process and transmit. Respect other people’s privacy and rights. Authentication bypass, abusive automation and excessive requests are prohibited. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator for issues or disputes.
Updates and removal
You may disable startup update checks in Preferences. Installations start only after you choose Yes. Updating a portable copy installs into your per-user Programs folder. Older PixelView releases need a one-time manual SsakView download. Uninstalling does not automatically delete personal learning folders.
